Common conditions:

Minor skin infections, urinary tract infections, body aches, eczema, cellulitis, headache, conjunctivitis, sinus infection, common cold, cold sores, diarrhea, sorethroat, heartburn, stye, gingivitis, boils, hemorrhoids, hives, nail infections, respiratory infections, acne.
Chronic conditions including osteoarthritis, some diabetes care, fibromyalgia, thyroid disorders, hypertension, lipid management, insomnia.
Mental health support including stress management, Seasonal Affective Disorder, chronic fatigue syndrome, anxiety and depression.

Tests and investigations like X-rays, and ultrasounds are ordered at the discretion of the Provider.

What we cannot do:

-Address medical emergencies. In an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency room.

-Prescribe controlled substances.

Fee-for-Service Model:

Veritas Care Health Services operates on a fee-for-service basis for individuals with or without health coverage.

Proof of payment must be submitted before appointment.
